Map water, gas, electrical and communication lines that public locates miss.
Public utility locates cover only the public-owned portion of buried infrastructure. Everything on private property — water lines from the meter, gas lines past the meter, irrigation, drainage, septic, private hydro, fibre, communication — is your responsibility to identify before excavation. Our private utility locating combines ground-penetrating radar, electromagnetic locating, and where applicable sondes and tracer wires to map every detectable subsurface line. Deliverables include site marks, photo documentation and a referenced map for the project file. We do this work routinely for general contractors, electrical contractors, plumbers, landscape architects and homeowners across Greater Vancouver.
GPR Services is a sub-division of Leak.ca, the Greater Vancouver leak detection company trusted since 1999. Every site visit is delivered by certified technicians using calibrated equipment, with documented findings formatted for insurance, engineering and procurement use.
We don't sell remediation. Our role is independent detection and assessment — the data you and your professional team work from.
